We take bookings ourselves, by phone, message or email. Fill this in and it will open in your own mail app, already written.

We reply here, usually the same day.

Check in is from 2:00 PM.

Check out is by 10:00 AM.

Extra person beyond the villa count is ₱350 per night.

Happy to recommend one if you would rather we picked.

Finding the gate

Look for the green sign on the roadside. If you are coming from the port or the airport, message us the day before with your arrival time and we will send directions and meet you at the gate.

House policies

Short and unglamorous, but it keeps the place good for everyone in it.

Times and charges

    Standard check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.

  2. 02

    Early check in is charged at the half day rate. Late check out is charged at the half day rate.

  3. 03

    Extra person: ₱350 per person.

  4. 04

    Stains in linens, losses and damages in the rooms are subject to corresponding charges.

Parking

    We practise first come, first served for guests with vehicles.

Inside the rooms

  1. 06

    All rooms are non smoking. Smoking inside the room carries a penalty of ₱5,000.00.

  2. 07

    Prohibited and illegal drugs are not allowed inside the premises.

  3. 08

    Flammable, toxic and corrosive substances are not allowed inside the rooms.

  4. 09

    Firearms are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

Pets

    We do not allow pets inside the premises, to protect guests with animal allergies.

Late ferries and long drives are normal here. Tell us when you expect to arrive and someone will be at the gate.
